InVictus Integrated Student System

With InVictus ISS, those persons responsible for special populations, for instance, will input directly into the system rather than sending paperwork to a central point. With all areas sending data to the central database, each department will be able to pull from the central pool of shared information (depending on security access) rather than having to wait for a specific time or their number to come up. The nurse can input information regarding special students directly into the system, thus giving school personnel information at the click of a mouse.

Attendance and roster information can be available on demand and in real time. Attendance data can be entered directly into the system by teachers that have been given immediate access. This attendance information is then available to the superintendent upon request. Class rosters are automatically updated simply by enrolling or removing a student from a particular class.
Attendance postings from the previous period will be displayed for the teacher to review and immediately refer students to the appropriate office if there are concerns. Principals or disciplinarians will automatically know if students sent to them for disciplinary reasons have extenuating circumstances and handle those students accordingly.
