The Physician and Health Executive Search Service are our full service suite of flexible and scalable search services. InVictus understands there will be unique circumstances specific to each opportunity regarding candidate parameters, compensation package, and political environment. To evaluate these circumstances thoroughly, InVictus' Search Director will "meet" or "conference call" with each prospective client before initiating an engagement agreement. This strategy will ensure a foundation of success and enable our engagement team to maximize their effectiveness without disturbing the integrity of your recruitment budget. This evaluation will also address issues such as potential revenues, cost benefit, sense of urgency, and confidentiality. At that point, if you concur with our evaluation, and we also feel confident that we can be successful in fulfilling your search, your Search Director will make a recommendation on a search strategy and process, that will meet your recruitment needs. Your Search Director will then present you with an Engagement agreement to authorize and initiate the search. Each search is performed and delivered through a dedicated search team comprised of an in-house Engagement Team which includes a Search Director, Search Consultant and Research Staff. A retainer is paid up front to elicit a guaranteed portion of one of our Engagement team's time to fulfill your specific need.

This is a complete full-service search where there is a critical need which must be filled in a short period of time. Our clients use this service, to guarantee a portion of one of our engagement team's time to address positions which must be filled in a timely period and require thorough, professional representation in the marketplace.

Exclusive Search
This choice is best when a position must be filled quickly, when specifications call for a hard-to-find candidate. The client gives our company a limited period of time, usually 90 days to fulfill this need.

Enclosed Contingent Search
This type of search is also designed for a "high priority" position; however there is no upfront retainer and the service charge is the highest flat fee -- compared to our others. This search does have procurement-based search related activities and expenses that must be satisfied to initiate the search, and secure a portion of an Engagement team's time to fulfill your specific need.

Credit Deposit Account Search
An immediate targeted effort combined with the elimination of the financial risk typically associated with retained search. The funds you pay us for the search are never at risk. If you change the search, cancel it, or fill it by means other than our work, your funds remain credited to your InVictus deposit account until you utilize them by directing them toward any other search you choose - and there is no time limit .
- The Credit Deposit Account is Ideal for immediate team building, anticipated multiple fills, perhaps over a number of months, and/or a single high-level search.
- Retained search with a guarantee that eliminates financial risk.
- Account established usually with deposits in amounts ranging from $50,000 up, depending on the number of searches and other factors.
