Medical Credentialing Application

The Medical Credentialing System is a derivative of our Professional Recruiting System. It is  a web-based application  that affords physicians the flexibility and ease of submitting and maintaining their mandated credentials in a common secure database that can be accessed by any authorized organization.

The State of Texas, for example, has rigorous requirements for physician credentialing which are easily met by the use of the InVictus Medical credentialing system. Healthcare facilities and other State credentialing organizations can also experience significant benefits from using this system.

Profiles:
The system is designed to process and maintain the provider information based on the Texas Standard Credentialing Application form.

Workflow:
The system embodies a configurable workflow that allows users to tailor the processing to the unique needs of  their organization.

Alerts:
Alerts can be used to warn of expirations or other significant events related to the provider's credentials.

Reports:
Several standard and custom reports are available with the InVictus Medical Credentialing application.
